When you start investigating cloth nappies, it is very easy to feel bamboozled by all of the different types and brands. At Cotton Bottom we only stock nappies that have been tried and tested and that we feel are of superior quality. But it can still be difficult to know which ones to go for. We want to help you chose the right nappies for you and your baby, so please make use of our personalised advice service.

• Likely to have any more babies? How many do you think?
• Rate the following (1-4) in terms of their importance to you?
  • Environmental factors
  • Cost
  • Convenience
  • Colors, patterns, slimness
• How often do you want to wash the nappies?
• Are you prepared to get less and wash more often?
• How will you be drying the nappies? Do you have access to a dryer?
• Any known skin allergies or sensitivities? Tendency to develop nappy rash?
• Any tendency towards explosive poos or heavy wetting? Do you currently experience any leaks, and with which nappies?
• Have you used cloth before? What types/brands did you use? Tell us about your experiences?
